I just observed today that whereas I can Receive Yahoo mail, I cannot send it. It simply sits there within the outbox. As a tech, I did a bunch of testing. On the pc I found it on, is an older Windows 7, 32 bit model with Outlook 2003. This is my go to because it by no means has issues.
